Most factories can sew a short. What separates a sellable product is the wash, the fit and the finishing — that is where we spend the sampling time.

  • WashStone, acid, enzyme, ozone, tint and hand-sanding, developed against your reference.
  • EmbellishmentEmbroidery, screen print, puff print, chenille patches and laser etching.
  • HardwareCustom rivets, buttons, zippers and leather patches with your branding.
  • FitPattern graded to US sizing; fit samples until the block is signed off.

From inquiry
to delivery.

No account managers relaying messages. You talk to the person who runs the order.

  1. Brief

    Send a reference sample, tech pack or even screenshots. We confirm fabric, MOQ, target price and timeline before anything starts.

  2. Quote

    Itemized costing within two business days: fabric, make, wash, packing, and terms (FOB / CIF / DDP).

  3. Sample

    Proto and fit samples in 7–10 days. We adjust until you sign off the block and the wash standard.

  4. Bulk

    Production in 25–35 days after approval, with weekly photo updates and in-line QC.

  5. Ship

    Export packing, carton marking and documents. Air, sea or DDP door delivery — your call.

Can you produce from my tech pack?

Yes. Send a tech pack, a reference sample, or a link to a product you want matched. If you do not have a tech pack, we can build one from your sample and measurements.

What is the minimum order?

300 pcs / style for custom production. Smaller trial runs can be discussed for first orders — ask on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly what is possible.

Do you handle labels and packaging?

Yes — woven labels, printed neck labels, hangtags, polybags and carton marks under your brand. We do not put our name on your product.
